Sharon Porter

Leadership Coach

Further to working in the education sector for many years, Sharon left her teaching and leadership roles to focus on the development of others. She is currently a freelance consultant and Vice-Chair of BAMEed Bristol & Southwest.

Sharon believes we are all receptive to making positive change, and we are constantly changing through learning. She asserts that we must sometimes unlearn behaviours to successfully move forward.

Sharon has a calm, positive and approachable manner which allows clients to discuss options, speak candidly, and process thoughts in a safe space.

When Sharon is not coaching or delivering workshops, she is learning Spanish, mastering the weighted hula hoop, or reading an actual, real-life, paper book.
