Alex is an experienced professionally qualified coach, strategy consultant, global business advisor and mentor with many years’ experience across sectors and working globally.

Half Argentinian and trilingual, she’s lived and worked around the world with board level leadership roles in the commercial as well as not-for-profit sectors. As a coach she draws on direct personal experience on topics ranging from career building and leadership, to navigating difficult life transitions and juggling life as a working parent.

In her coaching, Alex creates space for her clients to become more fully self-aware and able to access their whole, unique and magnificent selves to achieve success and fulfilment. Trained in neuroscience as well as Co-Active coaching, Alex’s style is caring and supportive so that above all her clients feel safe and grounded, whilst also being creative, playful, and challenging.

2011–Present

As consultant, mentor and coach, Alex works with a range of clients including at board level as strategy advisor for a global government consultancy and research provider. She has worked with governments and NGOs around the world on a wide range of policy and programme challenges, as well as projects relating to organizational strategy and employee engagement. She is a coach or mentor to senior executives across sectors.

Kantar – Director UK Consulting Division, Public and Government

2007–2011

Leading the Public and Government Sector team, Alex ran projects for central and local government departments as well as not-for-profit clients, generating evidence to inform public policy, services and communications in areas ranging from health to tax, from physical activity to justice.

Cabinet Office, UK Government – Assistant Director

2006–2007

Under the UK government’s service transformation agenda, Alex led a cross-government programme of work to embed the principles of user-centred service and policy design in government’s performance framework (CSR07), working with senior civil servants and government Ministers and driving cultural and process change across the largest Departments in Whitehall.
