This isn’t for everyone.

But if you’re ready to slow down and lead from a place of greater stillness, presence and calm.

Prologue is for you.

It’s a 12-hour course taught over 2 days in person and 3 days online for principals and international school leaders who want to lead like a coach:

With permission to let go and do less because others are empowered.

With presence, trust, and meaningful conversations that actually change things.

What You’ll Leave With

You’ll learn how to:

  • Create regenerative spaces where real dialogue can happen

  • Ask better questions (and know when not to ask anything at all)

  • Lead meetings that move things forward

You’ll leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected to how you want to lead and live.
