We don’t like to brag too much, but Making Stuff Better Ltd is the leading Executive Leadership Coaching and Coach Training company dedicated solely to serving the international schools market.
Working with over 400 schools around the world, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services and training programs that drive positive change.
We have taken the strategic decision to expand our Coach Education provision, therefore our systems will need to be more ‘business to customer’ focussed than before. We need to develop our systems to get participants on to programmes as well as sign up for 1:1 coaching and we need someone to lead on this..
Where is it based? Anywhere in the world: (Remote with some in-person meetings, usually in the UK but sometimes in other corners of the globe)
Tell me more: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Operations Lead to join our small and special core team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for getting stuff done and making stuff better. They’ll enjoy enabling systems to flourish and client delivery to be smooth thereby improving our offering and enabling MSB to inhabit the premium position in the marketplace. We want clients to ‘expect extraordinary’ in their dealings with us.
This role will involve designing and implementing delivery and back office system strategies in consultation with our Marketing & Sales Director (Matt) to allow the company to act on data in the CRM as well as Gill Kelly (MD) and Naomi Ward (Head of Learning) to ensure high quality customer delivery.
Or perhaps put better – can you create a brilliant mixture of user friendly systems that are well maintained and ‘owned’ by you so that they allow us to build relationships in a human and authentic way with our customers whilst also making life easy for MSB staff who are marketing and selling (amongst other things)?
The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our reach within the international schools market. The role may include some international travel.
