CALL FOR WORKSHOP SUBMISSIONS

The MSB Summer Conference committee is currently inviting proposals for interactive online workshops focused on helping international school educators and leaders navigate times of uncertainty through self-care, community support, and practical strategies.

We are seeking engaging 45-minute interactive workshop sessions that address our conference theme “Re:Sourcing Yourself in a Time of Uncertainty.” Successful submissions will offer participants meaningful tools, techniques, and insights they can implement in their personal and professional lives.

Priority Workshop Areas of Exploration for this Online Conference:

• Resourcing: Creating secure environments for yourself and others
• Safeguarding Yourself: Practical self-care and boundary-setting techniques
• Creating Emotional Safety in School Communities: Practical approaches for educators
• Sense Making Through Poetry, Art, and Blogs: Creative approaches to processing uncertainty
• Neurobiology & Nervous System Regulation: Science-backed approaches to resilience
• Ancient Knowledge Systems: Wisdom traditions for modern challenges
• Creating “Mattering” in Your Teams: Beyond belonging into active support
• The Coaching Journey from MSB Champions: Success stories and practical applications
• Embodied Leadership: Balancing safety, presence, and groundedness in knowing yourself

What to Include in Your Submission:

• Workshop title and brief description (250 words max)
• Interactive elements and participant engagement strategies
• Your relevant experience and qualifications
• Any technical requirements

Workshop facilitators will receive complimentary conference registration and access to all conference events as well as a stipend.

Submission Deadline: Tuesday April 8th, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: Tuesday April 15th, 2025
