What is Leadership Mastermind?
We bring international school leaders together in our Mastermind groups. Share live scenarios from your world of work with a small group of peers.
Based on the theory of action learning sets, you will inhabit and test new perspectives as trusted others challenge you to see yourself and your context anew.
You will hold each other accountable to courageous, skilful action.

This is for you if…
-
You are a Principal or Director and people look to you for answers
-
You want a supportive network of high performing peers from other contexts
-
You want to take part in professional dialogue that stretches your thinking
Here’s what our participants are saying about Leadership Mastermind:
The group is a powerful blend of minds in a safe space where senior leaders can find support, advice and make professional friendships.
I feel both stretched and supported, which is what I need.
The Mastermind participants became part of my support network at a much needed time in my professional life.
We all face similar challenges, albeit with different dynamics, cultures and markets. We aren’t alone.
Our problems are shared.
How does it work?
When you enrol in a Mastermind, you join a group of eight school leaders and two MSB Facilitators. You meet in this Mastermind eight times a year which gives you two opportunities to present your professional challenge.
On enrolment, you receive a personalised schedule of events and access to a private network for your group, where you can continue to support each other.
As part of the Mastermind, you have twelve monthly sessions with your MSB coach, and are invited to all Symposium events.
