There is no prerequisite to participate in this course, other than working as a teacher or leader in one of the world’s schools.

The Experience
Participants are introduced to the principles of coaching, with a focus on experiential learning rather than traditional front of room (zoom) delivery. The entire programme is run online, but this is not at the expense of it being interactive, dynamic and highly engaging.

Will I get a qualification?
MSB Fundamental of Coaching is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited training programme.
This means you will acquire 28 hours of certified training hours, which, if you choose, you can put towards building a portfolio to gain further accreditation with the ICF.
The ICF is the largest accreditation body in the world, providing the gold standard for coach training.
