Why Angeline?

Angeline is a dedicated learning and development professional who is passionate about pedagogical leadership to support educator learners with research-driven design of learning and teaching. She is focused on concept-driven learning, promoting intercultural understanding, valuing multilingualism and advocating for DEIJ practices. Angeline is a passionate advocate for equitable practices and a changemaker for women in education through elevating and emboldening them with skills and strategies for individual and organizational change. She is a lifelong learner who values collaborative relationships built on understanding, respect, trust, dignity and human rights.

What will you learn?

Angeline is the co-author of ‘Totally Inclusive Schools’ – a book that delves into key ideas that are fundamental to addressing the complex challenge of achieving total inclusivity – which is a bedrock of organisational health. Angeline will guide you along this path in this workshop and remind you that total inclusivity is a place to come from in every day of your leadership.

What will be different for you?

Angeline has developed a continuum describing schools’ journeys from inequitable to exclusive, to transformative and totally inclusive. Reflect on your place on this continuum and what your next steps could be.
