This course is designed for leaders in international schools who are ready to transform their teams from a place of frustration to one of connection, flow, and thriving. By embracing a coach-like approach, you will develop skills that foster an environment of belonging where every team member has the opportunity to make an impact.
You will begin by exploring self-awareness, learning to balance being and doing for effective leadership. As you dive deeper into team dynamics, you will understand the power of creating belonging, identifying limiting stories, and establishing conscious agreements to reduce unnecessary drama. Practical tools for better meetings will also be provided, allowing you to drive more meaningful discussions.
This is for you if:
– if you want to embed a coaching culture that will infuse your teams at all levels
– you’re seeking an approach that can be mirrored in all teams across your school

You will leave this programme with enhanced capability to go from the focus of “me” to “we”, being more coach-like as a leader and facilitator of teams.
