Charmaine is a former school Principal, now coach, researcher and ‘compassionate disruptor.’ She has partnered with MSF (Medecin Sans Frontieres) on their journey to decolonise leadership, and now she brings this work to us.
What will you learn?
We will explore definitions of colonisation and decolonisation in terms of how we think and lead. While colonialism is usually presented in the context of land and borders, minds are also subject to colonisation. Charmaine invites us to step back and critically reflect on the implicit biases that we have inherited.
What difference will this make for you?
A different perspective that will motivate you to interrogate assumptions and blind spots enabling you to move into more conscious, inclusive leadership.
