We're recruiting a Marketing & Sales Executive

This is a really exciting time at Making Stuff Better as we continue to grow and develop the important work that we do.

So we are delighted to be on the hunt for the next superstar to join our tribe of heart-led, committed and caring folk here at MSB Towers.

What’s the job? We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Executive

Who are we? We’re glad you asked.

We exist because we believe that schools shape the future.

We don’t like to brag too much, but Making Stuff Better Ltd is the leading Executive Leadership Coaching and Coach Training company dedicated solely to serving the international schools market.

Working with over 400 schools around the world, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching services and training programs that drive positive change.

Where is it based? Anywhere in the world: (Remote with some in-person meetings, usually in the UK but sometimes in other corners of the globe)

Tell me more: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing and Sales Executive to join our small and special core team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for getting stuff done and making stuff better. They’ll enjoy business development, have a great understanding of successful account marketing and a great ability to manage sales.

This role will involve implementing the marketing strategies created by our Marketing & Sales Director (Matt), to generate leads that are ready to be “converted” (we don’t really like that word) by our account managers (Gill and Kathryn).

Or perhaps put better – can you create a brilliant mixture of marketing (great real life events, social media campaigns, manage a stunning website and more) that build relationships in a human and authentic way which mean that people are keen and eager to work for us and then continue to help us manage that relationship so we can help them get the most value from us?

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our reach within the international schools market. The role will include some international travel.
